Throughout these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the g63.com website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all associated games, betting markets, and services accessible at g63com.co.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a registered Player on the g63.com platform, through which the Player accesses games, manages funds, and claims bonuses.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered an Account on the g63.com platform and meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts and held in the Player's g63.com wallet in Philippine Peso.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, bonus funds, or free spins awarded by g63.com under specific promotional terms that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed using a Bonus Balance — at the specified contribution rates and on eligible games — before the remaining bonus funds or derived winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines, including the g63.com platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations before a Player's first withdrawal, involving submission and review of government-issued Philippine identification documents.

By completing the g63.com registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy — all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

These Terms apply to all use of the g63.com platform, including browsing, registration, depositing, gameplay, bonus redemption, withdrawal, and any communication with g63.com customer support. To be eligible to register and maintain an account on g63.com, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an account;
• Be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
• Be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted — the Philippines, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of g63.com or any of its affiliated companies, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person;
• Not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by g63.com or PAGCOR;
• Not have had a previous g63.com account closed for breach of these Terms;
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

g63.com performs age verification checks as part of the KYC process. Where age or identity cannot be verified to g63.com's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any associated deposits held until verification is completed. g63.com cooperates fully with PAGCOR in matters concerning underage gambling prevention.

To access real-money games and financial features of the g63.com platform, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Philippine mobile number, and residential address.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one active g63.com account. The registration of duplicate accounts, whether under your own name or under a false or third-party identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. g63.com will permanently close all duplicate accounts, void any associated balances, and may refer the matter to PAGCOR.

Know Your Customer (KYC): Prior to processing your first withdrawal, g63.com is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify your identity. You will be required to submit a clear, unobstructed photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — accepted documents include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or Voter's ID — together with a live selfie photograph for facial match verification. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by g63.com support will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You must promptly notify g63.com of any changes to the personal information associated with your account. g63.com accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including missed communications regarding account status or promotional eligibility.

All deposits to your g63.com account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum standard deposit limit, however individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), and Cebuana Lhuillier. Available methods may change from time to time — the current list is always displayed on the Cashier page within your account.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. g63.com strictly prohibits the use of payment methods belonging to third parties, including family members or friends. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed to the source and the associated g63.com account may be suspended for investigation.

g63.com does not charge players any fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any charges levied by their bank, e-wallet provider, or remittance service in connection with deposits to g63.com.

Withdrawal of your Real Money Balance from g63.com requires completion of KYC verification (Section 4). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your g63.com account.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya — typically 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours; BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank online banking transfers — same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time, or by the next business day for requests submitted after 3:00 PM; over-the-counter methods (7-Eleven, Cebuana) — up to two business hours.

g63.com reserves the right to apply a brief security review period to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, are made from accounts with unusual activity patterns, or are made to payment methods not previously used for deposits. This review is a standard fraud-prevention measure and does not indicate any wrongdoing by the player.

Bonus Balances that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements — including through strategic low-variance play or bet hedging — is prohibited and may result in bonus balance forfeiture.

g63.com offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are communicated at the point of opt-in.

General Bonus Conditions: Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to the stated Wagering Requirement before conversion to withdrawable Real Money. Wagering Requirement calculations are based on the total Bonus Balance received. Different games may contribute different percentages toward the Wagering Requirement — contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.

g63.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — where the Company determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has: (a) exploited a technical error or loophole; (b) engaged in coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts; (c) provided false information during registration; or (d) violated any other provision of these Terms in connection with bonus play.

All games offered on the g63.com platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently tested and verified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on audited figures. g63.com does not manipulate game outcomes.

Players acknowledge that all casino games involve an element of chance and that no strategy, system, or method guarantees a positive return. g63.com accepts no responsibility for losses incurred during gameplay conducted on the platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, g63.com will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation equitably. Where a game round cannot be resolved due to a technical fault, the bet will be returned to the player's account. In no circumstances will g63.com be liable for winnings generated from a demonstrably erroneous game state.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g63.com platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering an account while under 21 years of age or otherwise failing to meet eligibility requirements;
• Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, make bets, or exploit games;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker variants;
• Exploiting errors in odds, pricing, game logic, or platform software — including placing bets known to contain obvious errors or participating in games with known exploitable bugs;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or criminal means, including funds subject to AML investigation;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Attempting to charge-back or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider after wagering the deposited funds;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

g63.com actively monitors for prohibited activity using automated systems and manual review. Where prohibited activity is identified or reasonably suspected, g63.com may immediately suspend the account, withhold balances pending investigation, void any open bets or bonuses, and permanently close the account. PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities will be notified where legally required.

g63.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected;
• A player's identity cannot be verified to the Company's satisfaction;
• An account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• The player has voluntarily requested account closure or self-exclusion;
• g63.com is required to do so by PAGCOR directive, court order, or applicable Philippine law.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting g63.com customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus amounts that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month after 12 months of inactivity, applied to the Real Money Balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

g63.com is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every player's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play duration, after which the platform will prompt you to take a break.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net activity during your current session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the g63.com platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

g63.com does not target or solicit marketing communications to players who have self-excluded, are on a cool-off period, or have previously flagged problem gambling concerns to our support team.

All content on the g63.com platform — including but not limited to the g63.com brand name and logo, website design and layout, text and copy, game interfaces and game assets provided by licensed third-party game suppliers, software, graphics, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of g63.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the g63.com platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any g63.com content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the platform; or use g63.com's brand assets, trademarks, or trade dress in any context without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, g63.com's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the g63.com platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

g63.com shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform;
• Loss of data, lost profits, or loss of opportunity, whether foreseeable or not;
• Losses arising from interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, internet service provider failures, force majeure events, or PAGCOR-directed suspension;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial service providers including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits g63.com's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other matter where exclusion of liability would be unlawful under Philippine law.

g63.com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By registering an account on g63.com, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and platform use is processed for purposes including account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have provided consent). Your data will not be sold to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to your g63.com account.

You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data held by g63.com. For data-related requests, contact our Data Privacy Officer via the support email address listed in Section 18.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your g63.com account, gameplay outcomes, payment processing, or any other aspect of the platform, you should follow this process:

1. Initial Contact: Submit your complaint to g63.com customer support via the live chat available within your account dashboard, or via email to the support address listed in Section 18. Provide your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any relevant transaction reference numbers. g63.com aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours.
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the initial support level, request escalation to a Senior Customer Service representative or Compliance Officer. Provide a written summary of your complaint and the outcome of the initial support interaction.
3. PAGCOR Referral: If after completing g63.com's internal dispute resolution process you remain unsatisfied, you may refer your complaint to PAGCOR, which has jurisdiction over licensing disputes between g63.com and its players under Philippine gaming regulations.

Game outcome disputes based on alleged RNG malfunction must be submitted within 7 days of the disputed game round, accompanied by the relevant game round ID obtainable from your game history. g63.com will investigate RNG complaints using complete server-side game logs.

g63.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date at least 7 days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive, applicable law, or urgent security considerations — in which case changes may take effect immediately.

Where material changes are made to these Terms — including changes that affect player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus structures — g63.com will send a notification to the email address registered to your account. Your continued use of the g63.com platform after the published effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter as amended), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act as amended), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and circulars.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the purpose of any such dispute.
